Stabilized

Stabilized means the stone has been treated to improve durability. It is vacuum-dried to remove moisture, then infused with a clear acrylic (no dye) that hardens inside the pores. This process strengthens the stone, makes it less absorbent, and helps prevent color changes from oils or lotions during everyday wear.
